Our Repair Process

Dealing with a process that is unfamiliar can be confusing and frustrating. At Wyatt’s Body Shop we will help you become familiar with the process by following these simple steps. Feel free to contact us at any point for questions or comments regarding your repair.

1. Estimate

Bring your vehicle in for a free estimate.

2. Schedule Repair

We will work with you to schedule your auto repairs at your convenience. Visually damaged parts are ordered and checked before the vehicle arrives to minimize the length of the repair.

3. Repair & Detail Process

Your vehicle will then be disassembled and reinspected. If hidden damage is determined, we will schedule insurance re-inspection and order additional parts. This stage will include frame, body, painting, alignment, mechanical, and glass repair. Once your vehicle has completed the appropriate stages and has been checked, test driven, vacuumed, and washed, we will contact you for pick up when the repairs are completed.

4. Completed & Final Bill

The final bill will itemize all repairs performed, including any supplemental repairs required. When repairs are complete, bring insurance checks, unless you are insured with a direct repair insurance. Deductibles will also be due at this time. Please keep in mind no vehicles are released until payment is made in full. We accept insurance checks, cash, personal checks, all credit or debit cards except American Express.
